What You May Expect (Our Process)
All our services begin with a FREE telephone consultation where we discuss your needs and address your questions or concerns. This is followed by an in-depth, one-hour on-site consultation and needs assessment where we will analyze your current situation, view your space and begin to create a plan of action. You will be provided with an estimate of the number of hours required to complete the project together with a quote on pricing.
During the initial organizing sessions, you will be working alongside a senior professional organizer and actively taking part in the decision making process. Evening and weekend appointments are available at no additional cost.
We offer a discount to those 65 years and better, referral discounts, package rates or you may simply pay as you go. Gift certificates are also available (contact us through the contact page, and just note in the comments that you’re interested in the gift certificate. We’ll call you promptly to make arrangements).
Payment is accepted via cash, online e-transfers, cheque, debit, Visa or Mastercard. The Tailored Way is fully insured and HST registered and offers a confidential and professional service.
